Tom specializes in the preparation of division order title opinions and supplemental title opinions. He was born and raised in Williston, North Dakota, and is also a fourth generation family farmer. He majored in Philosophy and English at the University of St. Thomas, and received his J.D. from St. Thomas in 2010. During law school, he studied asylum and refuge law in Italy, and worked as an intern at the United Nations in New York City.
When he’s not working, Tom enjoys teaching martial arts, hunting, and farming.
