Taylor Olson

Taylor practices in many different areas including municipal law, criminal prosecution, oil and gas matters, estate planning, general litigation, and some minimal domestic issues. She is currently the municipal prosecutor for the City of Williston and is the Municipal Judge for the City of New Town.
Taylor is a 2011 graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law where she graduated with distinction. During law school, Taylor was a member of law review and Moot Court and she completed an extemship at the Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office and was a law clerk for the Northeast Central Judicial District as well as working as a law clerk for a private firm. Taylor also graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and she practiced in public accounting for three years before attending law school.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys hanging out with her husband, Jordon, and her 2 year old lab Cooper. She likes to read, walk her dog, and hang out with family and friends.
