Kate Preusse

Kate practices in many different areas of the law including contracts, real estate title opinions, estate planning and probate administration, municipal law, and civil litigation.

 
In May 2011, Kate graduated cum laude from Whittier Law School in Costa, Mesa, CA. She also graduated with a certificate in Intellectual Property law, with a particular interest in Copyright law, Trademark law, and Entertainment law. In law school, she was a member of Whittier’s Trial Advocacy Honor Board, Phi Alpha Delta, and the Whittier Public Interest Law Foundation. She graduated as a senior member of the Whittier Journal of Child and Family Advocacy. In 2005, she graduated with honors from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, a minor in English, and a minor in Writing.
 
In her spare time, Kate enjoys reading, traveling, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family. She also works to raise awareness for Pancreatic Cancer research. In the summer, Kate enjoys spending time at her family’s cabin on Big Cormorant Lake in Minnesota.
